Mentations, Inc. is located in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area, specifically, within the pastoral expanse of Loudoun County, Virginia. By being positioned here, we hope to have an impact on a diverse spectrum of individuals and organizations including commercial businesses, consulting firms, non-profit institutions, and the federal government. The company was founded by Brian Schneeberg where he has been working on developing the Mentations Software Service since late 2002.  As CTO, Mr. Schneeberg is responsible for defining and implementing the Mentations software service architecture and delivery mechanisms.  This includes defining the various components of the framework necessary in order to be able to collect, categorize, weight, analyze, and deliver various sources of information (web services) to both consumer and business clients using Microsoft’s .NET platform.  He has over 18 years of experience in consulting, 15 of which are related to Information Systems.  Mr. Schneeberg has experience ranging from database design to web-based systems & services development.
